What to include
- A factual correction — the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, ideally with the standard or source that contradicts it. Corrections are the most useful mail this site receives.
- A bug report — the tool, your browser and version, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. If a result looks wrong, include the exact input and the output you got, so it can be reproduced.
- A tool request — the job you are trying to do rather than the tool you imagine. Knowing the underlying task is usually more useful than the proposed interface.
- A privacy question — anything about how the site handles data, or a clarification of the material on the privacy page.
What we cannot help with
Because files are never transmitted, there is no server-side copy of anything you have processed here. That means we cannot recover a file, inspect a result you have lost, or tell you what went wrong with one. If a tool produced a result you still have, include the input that produced it and it can be investigated.
We also cannot advise on whether a photograph satisfies a specific passport office, consulate or employer. The specifications on this site are compiled from published requirements, but the authority that receives your application is the only body that can accept or reject it.

For anything relating to advertising on the site, or to a copyright or trademark concern, use the same address with a clear subject line. Include the specific page address so the enquiry can be routed without a round trip.
